"Our
week at Camp Dreamland has left us all with a wealth of happy memories
of our children, whos' laughter and sense of fun echoes my husband
and I's pleasure in seeing the children so happy. My heart was brimming
over with happiness and gratitude for all the wonderful time and
memories you have given to our family Shay."

"Just a few lines to say thank you for a wonderful holiday. I got
to spend more time with Jennifer than I've done in a long time.
I haven't been able to go swimming with Jennifer in about 3yrs and
she adores swimming. I miss out on things like that normally so
it was brilliant to get to do something with her that she really
loves!"
A mother from Wicklow.
"This letter is just to let you know the way my life has come on
since our involvement with Share a Dream. My son who is now just
10yrs old loves being a member of Share a Dream because when he
meets the gang at various outings he feels no different than any
other child and fits in really well, no matter how disabled he is.
He also loves you Shay because you treat every single child exactly
the same and you love them all with no single favourite. You have
a unique way with the children seeing the child first and ignoring
their wheelchair or their disability which comforts me because as
a mother I can see how hurtful people can be to our children."
A mother from Dublin.
"Sorry it's taken me so long to write but we had such a great time
at Camp Dreamland I didn't want it to end and once I started to
write about the good time we had then I would have to accept that
our holiday really was over. All of us had a great time. Meeting
the other children was a great boost for our kids because they were
able to join in with them very easily because they were all in the
same position, that is having a sick brother or sister and being
made to feel 2nd in line to their sick sibling. On the Share a Dream
holiday our children were made to feel first in line."
A mother from Omagh.
